Cant play online games although I am connected to Xbox Live

I can do everything else on xbox live except playing online, the games don't recognise that I am connected to xbox live therefore I can't connect to the game's servers.

I have tried clearing my MAC address.

I have tried clearing my persistent storage.

how do you fix this?

(has been happening for the past two days now)

what Router do you have? Do you run the latest Firmware for your router?

If your Router has a "security" setting to disable" wan ping" or Internet ping - then try to enable it and look if things get better.

I have exact the same problem. My NAT is strict, but i cant open the ports on my alice router. But since i download the Evolve Alpha i can´t play anything. I see my friends, use amazon video, read messages everything but games, for example destiny say im
not connected with xbox live. Same problem on battlefield and titanfall.

I need help, really badly.

It has to be something to do with Xbox because before Friday it was working perfectly fine

The german xbox support said it´s a problem with the beta on the

xbox one. But he wasn´t so sure about it. Normally i like microsoft,

but this time they messed it up real bad. I hope they fix this soon
