I’m trying to connect but a message comes

Which says error.the current profile is not allowed to connect on Xbox Live. Why? My privacy settings seems to be ok.adult and eveyrhing. Is it a problem if I’m using the same account in another Xbox ? Also I have free 2 weeks online

codww2 servers suck ass since that update 3 days ago can’t stay connected to their servers to stay in a match .... come on u guys you just made millions off of us do better with ur support

Trial cards don't change your account status to gold. They only give you some benefits of online multiplayer. They do not work with all games or all game modes. So it sounds like you need a full subscription.

You may have too upgrade too game pass ultimate in order too play certain games you have downloaded online.

Hi, based on the screenshot you provided. It seems the profile you want to use to play online games doesn't have a valid Game Pass Core or Ultimate (includes Core) subscription active.
