    when I try to play Codww2 online a message comes up which says “Error. The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live. I have 14 days of free multiplayer. What’s going wrong ? Privacy setting seems to be ok. It’s a problem if the same account is
    using in another Xbox ?

    Error code 0x838601e7

    went to play ww2 yesterday and it come up with needs an update, so I updated it and now can’t log on to go on live comes up with error code 0x838601e7, put it into Xbox error codes and it can’t find the error

    Any one have any idea what it could be?
