    I can't play any multiplayer game, I get a message saying that I don't have the proper rights, but I have a active xbox live gold subscription and have enabled multiplayer on my settings

    have the same error, can play online but can't have access to anything from the marketplace

    How is it necessary? All you get is a discount on DLC, some EASportsworld stuff, and the games early. It isn't necessary. Not even close to being necessary.

    Unfortunately if he owns the game and has access to it in that way, then even if you uninstall it, he can reinstall it. You can't really block it from his Xbox, but you can limit his game play time and monitor him. You may also be able to try to disconnect
    it from being online or remove the internet access to the Xbox if necessary. Sorry about that and good luck.

    Gold grants you access to all online features.

    Without it, just being silver, you can't play online or use any online apps and features.

    It should be kinda common knowledge that you can't access online play with a silver account...They tell you these things all over the dashboard.
