Cant play online but connection is good

It said to try again in a few minutes or check service status in xbox assist (0x87DD0019)

Ive been doing that for days now. It would connect online but couldnt play games on live. Now it wont even let me sign back in

Now it says something went wronflg please try again later

Thanks for getting back to us with more information in regards to the current connection issues. First of all I would like to ask for you to go to your network settings and run the Multiplayer Connection Test on your console to verify the specific error
message you’re getting, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.
   

Are you seeing an error message when you run the Multiplayer Connection Test on your Xbox One console? If so go over our troubleshooting article

" I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer connection' on Xbox One".

If you don't get any error messages and it says that it's all good, then the next step we recommend is to perform a Soft
Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps).

Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.
