    Hello i have a adult Microsoft 10 Account and i have buy Minecraft Win 10. After install i have made a xbox account. Now i dont can play online because he said: Change your Online-Secure Props in xbox.com.

    I log me in and Change all on true or allowed but i cant play online he said every time the same...

    Can you help me? Sry for my stubid english.

    change online security settings whitout changing the gametag

    Hello guys,

    I got Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and wanted to play online, but I can`t play because I have to change the online settings and I can only change the settings (according to the support-post) when I change my gametag,
    but I don`t like to change my name!!

    can you help me there?

    And when I must change my gametag is this only in xbox and minecraft or also in microsoft and minecraft java edition and skype?

    hopefully you can help me and thank you in advance.

    Good evening,

    My xbox profile is appearing offline and i didn´t change anything. I swich to online in my profile but it swichs back to offline. I go to privacy and online safety to set eveything to allow and friends and it still appearing offline and my friends can´t play
    with me.

    you can`t remove a card from your account while auto renew is on,it has to be off to change or remove it
