Can’t play online after 7

Every night it disconnects me from multiplayer games after 7pm. I have run a multiplayer test and it said that i had a high packet loss of 100%

So i looked up how to fix it and follow multiple youtube videos but non of them worked. I have no issue with it during the day but whenever it hits 7 it disconnects me. I still have connection to the internet like youtube. I have even switched my internet
but it still does it. No one else seems to have this issue therefore i can not find help. If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.

You're not on a kids account are you? Has someone set you up with a limit on when you can play?

It sounds like your console my have parental settings on it

Xbox does support parental controls, but these are applied to accounts and not to consoles (so other accounts on the console would continue to work fine, just your account might be affected). Even then, parental consoles on Xbox accounts do not present
themselves as packet loss.

Is the packet loss only affecting your console? That is, can other devices still use the internet okay? If so there could be some kind of access control or filtering set up on your router that's preventing your device from accessing the internet between
certain hours.

If its affecting other devices on your home network, you may need to talk to your internet provider.
