Can't play one of my games...just one having issue...

Im having the problem a lot of people seem to have had , where a game wont load past title screen but crashes to dashboard.

I am only having problem with Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition.

Rest of my games work just fine. I have rebooted system, power cycled, unplugged, etc many many times and this one game just wont work. Disc is in perfect shape with no scratches or fingerprints or anything. Sometimes it crashes at first title screen and
sometimed it makes it to the Press Any Button screen.

I have not tried a factory reset.

Any ideas? Have played game for hours on end since release with not one problem until two days ago.

Im having same issue TVirusTRAGEDY i can play any of my games and i just got my one i'm quit disappointed

Can't Add Any Profiles Error 0x80a40002

Hey I'm having the same issue. I can't get my live account or make a new one so i can't play any games. Has anyone found a solution yet?

So frustrating that the game I play the most is the one having issues.

Tried reinstalling the game and that didn't work either.

Well, I've got this same issue. my original DVD drive was having issues...getting kicked from games, game freezing up and so on. I have another console so I just put this one away....Well I finally ordered a new dvd drive. Exact match to the one that
was in it and now I have the same issue as the person who started this thread. Is there any fix? Is it the DVD drive? I can play on my other console with no issues, but can't play on this one

I'm having issus with my xbox one ! can't play online games ,having issus with the apps . I think there maybe an update on the way

I have multiple complaints but the core issue is that I was playing games one day then updated my console and now I can't.

Well that worked. I can't imagine how my network issues could cause lag/video rendering issues for motion related to just one axis of game play (right thumbstick) but... it worked! Thanks.
