Can't play on Xbox Live after upgrading to Gold...

Hi,

I got my Xbox One a month ago and used the 1 month free gold trial. It ran out today and automatically upgraded me to the 1 month gold subscription. The payment has gone through and is showing as so.

I tried to play Fifa Ultimate Team online tonight and it says "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature".

Can anyone help please?

I Can Not Buy Nothing!

First get a Xbox Live Gold Membership, then you can buy things from the marketplace;

Also if you, (after the gold upgrading of your membership), can't still buy nothing, delete your credit card, clear the cache, and then re-add your billing informations.

Unable to save Game DVR Clips

My problem is solved now. I noticed it started working after upgrading our internet connection and getting an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Hi,

it seems that there are some problems at the moment with the gold membership.

Please try to remove your prifile from the Xbox and download it from new.

If this does not help, You have to contact the Support for further help.

Hey there! If you upgrade to Gold on Xbox.com it will take a little while to show on the console. You can either upgrade to Gold on the console or simply test your LIVE connection after upgrading on the website.

I recently upgraded my xbox live gold and now my tenure as disappeared, Is this normal after renewing xbox live gold ?

For info.

I rang XBOX support and explained the situation to them. After they upgraded my XBOX LIVE account to a gold account I was able to download my profile and login with no issues.

Seems the fix is to upgrade your Silver account to a Gold account.

Glad it's finally sorted now.

did you upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate after getting the code for 12 months Live Gold?

if you upgrade it will say that the Live Gold is cancelled.

if you did upgrade, check that your Game Pass Ultimate is active.

if it is active then everything is working as it should be and you will still have all the features of Live Gold, but they will be under your Game Pass Ultimate subscription instead.
