Can’t play on my alt account

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If the console is successfully home shared by your main account (the one that has the subscription and the game), you shouldn't be facing problems playing with a different account. I would like you to
make sure that your console is still home shared by your main account. To check if that is the case, sign in with their account and you can follow the steps provided in the following link on the "Designate an Xbox console as your home console" option.

Are you trying to play games that were purchased on the other account or were they purchased on the alt account?

If they were not purchased on the alt account, the alt account can only access those games on your other account's Home Xbox.

If your alt account is not lettin you play you need to be signed in as your main one or have your main account on the home xbox of your alts.

ok so that day i unlinked my account because i was trying to log in an alt account but i couldnt for some reason , then i created another psn account for my other account and logged in whilst my main account was unlinked . I left home with my alt logged on and my main unlinked . Then i came back home and i couldnt log in my main . 1 week ago i unlinked my alt from my alt psn account trying to log in my main psn account with my alt . But in a matter of seconds of unlinking my account and switching psn , it said it was allready connected even that i unlinked . I can still log on xbox app and minecraft on my phone
