can't play on live but my account is available

please check account.microsoft.com/services to verify you got a Gold subscription there (assuming you mean Gold with 'buy new account' )

If the Gold is showing there, please verify that the same gamertag shows at xbox.com is the same as on the Xbox console.

Also check if all information is correct and valid at account.microsoft.com, things like billing and payment information etc.

After that please remove your profile from the console, then perform a full power cycle of the console and then download your profile again.

I'm from Brazil, and my account was set to USA, because there was no live here.

But then, the live became available to Brazil and I didn't change the region

Now that I want to change, I can't.

So, I stop playing for a couple years, and now I can't change the region?

I prefer stop playing and never get a gold account again then creating a new one.

Yeah, my kids can't play online on BF4 as well, but they can play campaign. I even tried logging them in with my Origin account to no avail. So I guess they won't be playing BF4 online at all.

My Internet is available... Microsoft your services are not.... This is why an always connected device will never work. Let the gamers play when you can't live up to your end of the deal.
