How to delete synced files from NBA 2K14?

After restoring to factory defaults the game was uninstalled but when I reinstall the game and sync the files, all the files were originally saved. Those saved files were corrupted so you cannot resume MyGm or MyCareer or start a new one. So how do you delete
the synced files from 2k? That will be the only way to fix the crash to menu/unable to start new MyGm and MyCareer.

Before you delete anything, make sure there's nothing wrong with their servers first. As of 6:00 PM EST, there weren't any issues. Have you tried going into Xbox settings and deleting all files associated with NBA2k14? If it's installed, try uninstalling
it, and deleting every file associated with it in system settings.

Online play I take it? yeah, it blows. I only play MyCareer and MyGM and still get my fair share amount of cheese slices, but I'll leave online and its cheese wheel well alone.

The VC crosses over to from both game modes so i am not sure what you are experiencing?

Will this help with lagging while playing online? I haven't been able to finish a full game in a week. It's ridiculous And very frustrating.. I'm willing to try anything
