Cant play my Xbox one

I have had my Xbox one for 2 days now still i cant use the bloody thing. I am really disappointed in this thing.

Got home unpacked it and connected it to tv and found i need a Internet connection. So drove it out to friend 20km away for a decent connection.

got it set up eventually after 2nd attempt and 1.4gig later. I loaded the game in (forza 5) and i need another update. once all done and working i went in and played a bit. Packed it up and headed home.

Following day a connected it to my tv and now i can't access the game or any other content offline as i don't have a connection At home, so tried different settings etc and ended up deleting the game.

Organized another connection and started installing the game again When 5% into install i ran out of data ( 2gigs) . what the hell is going on????? I've used 5 gigs in one day.

I don't have Internet and I refuse to fork out thousands every month on data bills just to play games On this flippen thing.

Your website advertises i can play offline yet all I've done is spent my time online with loads of data used and still haven't played even 10 minutes. I am so frustrated.

If im going to struggle like this on every game i purchase I want non of it and a full refund On my regretful purchase.

I hope someone can help me sort this out.

I cant play dlc on my xbox when on over accounts so i have the dlc on one account and i cant play it on overs but my friends can

 

that sounds awful m8 it is stupid though i think you have to buy more memory like i did it is annoying

 

227 go into settings/network and choose offline see if that helps.

 

Tried going offline and then rebooting. Still cant play anything unless I actually sign in.

Pathetic.
