    I had an xbox 360 many years ago that had the problem of the 3 red lights. its been about a year that i bought my xbox one.

    Since its possible to play xbox 360 titles in the xbox one console, i cant play because i cant download my profile. My internet is ok. my acc and password is ok too.

    the error code is 80151904. could someone help me?

    xbox one backwards compatible not working

    I'm having the same problem since about a week.

    Tried to play battlefield 3 on the xbox one but couldn't go online, instead got Error code 80151904, and checking my network status brings me to the xbox one network page where "all services are available". Can't go online in ANY 360 game!

    Tried the troubleshoot help from the X360 page, nothing worked.

    Now I can't even play back comp titles because i can't install my X360 Account back...

    80090304 error with backwards compatibility

    Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
    cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

    now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

    All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304

    I got that same error...

    I don't have an Xbox One, I just tried to download my profile to another Xbox 360 so I can play with my account on that Xbox. Now I can't do anything, because that stupid error shows up.

    Also because of this happening again, now it wants me to download my Xbox 360 profile to my Xbox One and it gets a certain point in downloading and I get an error saying I can't do it at this time. Why do I need to download my profile when I never had to
    before? Now I can't play any Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One now because of this typical annoying garbage that keeps on happening. I get issues with RDR as well where it keeps asking me at times if I own the game when my disc is in my Xbox One.

    Hello, my xbox live profile is called "RinsableMLG" and today for some reason, I can't play xbox 360 backwards compatible games be ause my profile won't download on the xbox 360 servers. I can play xbox one games, but I can't play my xbox 360 games
    and my profile won't download and it states "There's a problem with your credentials, blah blah blah". If I use my other two accounts, I can play on the xbox 360 games but not my RinsableMLG one. I seriosuly don't know what to do and I'm panicking right now.
    I have the exact same problem. I was just trying to play saints row but couldn't connect to xbox live on backwards compatibility. So I deleted my account and now I can't download on backwards compatibility with the same error message as you.
