Cant Play my Saved Games / Saves while Offline

When I have no internet or select the "Offline" mode in Network Settings, i am unable to play my digital games or even play any game saves while offline. I've tried to figure it out, but to no avail.

System update

Hi Xbox community. I just updated my xbox one to the latest available software update. After the update I began experiencing trouble trying to access my user profile while offline in order to play my saved games. i never had this problem before whereby my
system automatically logged onto my xbox profile even while offline. Now I can't even play some of my saved games while offline.

 

Question regarding cloud saves on XBOX ONE.

Games automatically save to the cloud and the hard drive. There's no need to manually save it to the hard drive.

Cloud storage is available to Silver members as well, so you don't have to worry about going Silver.

If you game offline, your saves will automatically store on your hard drive. Once you connect to Xbox Live again, your saves will automatically sync with the cloud.

So in your scenario... If you move and play offline, your games will save on the hard drive. Once you connect your internet again, Xbox Live will automatically detect the new saves on your hard drive and store it in the cloud as well.

 

It seems i can only play game saves or load digital games that I've played recently, or that were downloaded on THIS Xbox One. What gives?!

 

Is the Xbox set as your home console? If not then do this and try again.

 

I have my XB1 set as my Home Console......I was just messing around, and if I load gta5, then go offline. I can reset my XB1 multiple times and it still loads my game saves.....but whats weird is it will load more recent digital downloads like Superhot
and load my save fine, but then if i reload GTA5 at that point, it doesnt load my saved game.
