I know I’m not the only one who can’t play their games right now. My internet is fine, it just keeps saying something went wrong. I work hard for my money, you have milked so much cash out me throughout the years it is disgusting. To have issues as often
as you do is pathetic. Why do u think PlayStation is taking over?

Can’t see wireless network

We have had this Xbox one x for a month with no problems and now it can’t see the wireless internet anymore, I have rang our service support for our internet and it’s all fine and the internet is working fine on all my other devices. I have tried to type
in the ssid number and nothing. I can’t see any wifi at all

Is it possible that your barracks has limitations on its internet usage? It could be blocking the download. The easiest way to check that would be to see if you can connect it to someone’s mobile hotspot, then try to download something.

I also have a PC on the same internet that downloads games just fine. I got the Xbox because there are games I can’t play on my pc that I wanted to play.

Hello am have a issue with my xbox live accessing. It seems that i can’t connect to my games and the internet is working fine. The system is asking me if i want to use the app offline. Please help me out

I am having the same problem. Where I live internet is not an option at all and it hasn’t really been a problem till the latest update for my Xbox one the was like two or three days ago. My Xbox one is in offline mode and I have been able to play rdr2 just fine with no internet in story mode for at least a year now. After the update a few days ago, now it states “check your internet” or something like that. Which sucks bc this game along with Skyrim is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE to play! And it’s honestly NOT FAIR AT ALL that those of us on this plant can’t play the games we love. I get that catering towards those with internet can and will boost sales but Xbox has ALWAYS been about inclusion for everyone. Sorry, I’m just VERY FRUSTRATED and IRRITATED that I can’t play rdr2. Especially since I’m only in chapter 3 and now can’t play it AT ALL. All I’m asking is for Microsoft/Xbox to fix the issue and release a new update in a few days to fix it if possible. If that’s possible. I just want to be able to play offline again, and soon if possible. Like I said I have zero internet access, I do own and play from the disc, and my Xbox is in offline mode and is even marked as the device for offline play. Please fix this, those of us gamers who don’t have internet would greatly appreciate it!
