    Can’t play My Disc Game On separate account?


    I have two accounts on my Xbox One. My main account seems to work fine with my disc game but my other doesn’t? I did set it up as my home Xbox. Whenever I try to insert the disc it says “do you own this game it app?” Can someone pls help me with this?

    I did this and now it doesn't even want to download now. I insert it and it makes this repeating vibration and stops suddenly. I blew air into the disc drive and it started to repeat the sound it makes when you take out a game. I think I might just end up replacing the disc drive unless there's a fix to this.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Since the disc is inside the Xbox console that shouldn't be a problem.

    Kindly uninstall the game then reinstall via disc.

    Hi thanks for answering! Yes I can play with my own account. I can also play with hers. We just can’t play at the same time, even under our separate gamer tags.
