My Nba2k23 player is gone and i want it back i spent a lot of money i have a xbox one i got on and it wasn’t there i looked up something and it told me to sync last saved data and i can’t find that option i’m panicking and i’m getting ready to refund everything from 2k

my son can play all the games online but this particular NBA2K23. So he has the correct permissions and still wont let him.
