Can't play my 360 games. Says I have to download my Xbox 360 profile but it doesn't work

I can't play my Xbox 360 titles ever since the last update. There was an update tonight also which I was hoping would address this issue. When I try to play an Xbox 360 title it says it wants me to download my Xbox 360 profile and it won't let me. It goes
to a page that says "Can't connect to Xbox Live. Select test connection to troubleshoot your connection." My connection is perfectly fine I can play my Xbox one games just fine and I'm online. I've read a lot of forum posts and people are having the same problem.
Are you aware of this and I see there a fix coming soon. I don't like to play my Xbox 360 backwards compatible games. All my titles are also digital downloads. I'm not using any physical media whatsoever.

XBOX 360 Game Star wars TCS can't save on XBOX ONE

Hello.

I've bought Star Wars TCS (360 Game) for the XBOX one. It'works complete but I can't save the game. I've tried many things. I've called on the XBOX 360 screen and I've tried to connect with my profile. It says "Download" your profile but nothing happens.
It says can't find profile. I made a live account but it sill doesn't work. I tried to activate the cloud but It's I can't find the cloud for the xbox one. Please help because me and my children are getting crazy.

Cannot load Xbox 360 games on my account

I try to play 360 games in my Xbox one but I can't play them with only my account all my other accounts work but my main one doesn't work with them when u try to start it it says disconnected from Xbox live then I sign back into my account and it says "
this account cannot connect to Xbox live to fix it download it again"

Did you run the network troubleshooter that comes up on the Xbox 360? If not, please go ahead and start with that. If you did, can you provide us with a screenshot of the results please?
