Can't play MW 2019 Campaign.

I'm unable to play the modern warfare (2019) campaign. I purchased the game digitally when it released. I wanted to replay the campaign with the new MW2 out. I downloaded everything again, all 181.8 GB of the add ons and all. When I open the game, all I get are the MW2/WZ2 banner and the Warzone Caldera banner. No options for Multiplayer or campaign. When I go offline, everything is blocked by a pay wall saying I need to purchase the game that I own. Please help.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that the game is purchased under your account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, kindly locate the game order, it should be stated as "completed" and once confirmed, remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

I did it yesterday because an update was bugged and last year.

When I try to download different packs in MW it says: the purchase failed try again. It keeps happening to me over and over again.

I have it as a disc and I also put it in. All the packs are installed.

You would first need to ensure that you've bought the game by signing in to your order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ click "All available" to see the full list.

If it's there, launch Warzone (don't start the game yet) > Press the Menu button on your controller > Hover to the Accounts tab > Select Game Installs

See if you missed some packs that you needed to install. If you have, exit the game > then highlight the game > Press the menu button on your controller > Manage game and add-ons > Download all the packs.
