Can't play music videos in a playlist

Discus and support Can't play music videos in a playlist in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am unable to play my music videos play list. I can play them individually.     I am unable to play my music videos play list. I can play them individually. Is this an update since they changed from points to money?

    Xbox Music Video Playback on Win 8 PC??

    Hi,



    I have an Xbox Music subscription that I regularly use on my Xbox 360 to play Music Videos.



    I just recently upgraded my PC to Win 8 , but when I launch the Win 8 Xbox Music App, I can't play any Music Videos. The Win 8 app syncs with my Xbox Music subscription and load my playlists from my Xbox Music account I set up on the Xbox 360 -- but when
    I open a playlist on the Win 8 PC, all the Music Video listings are 'grayed out' and not able to be played.



    This is not very good. I would have hoped I could play music videos on my PC with my Xbox Music subscription - or is there something wrong with my setup?

    Sorry for the delay in hearing from us.

    So, to clarify, you aren't able to play the videos from the playlist that you set up on your Xbox 360? The streaming of Music Videos is a feature of Xbox Music on the Xbox 360 console only. There's some info in our

    FAQ: Listen to music and music videos on Xbox 360 with Xbox Music    .

    The functionality to search, play, and view Music Videos is not in the Xbox Music app on other devices.

    I have the same problem, none of the video's saved in a playlist work - and I can't search for music videos.

    Has anyone found a way to do this? It worked fine on the 360.

    I am having this problem with music videos in XBox Music. All my previously purchased music videos show on one playlist but none of them can be played (play button disabled). There were no add-ons installed for "my games and apps" > "Xbox Music". I cannot
    find any way to re-download this content.

    Where is Microsoft Windows Media Center?

    Xbox Video and Xbox Music watch the Collections for your Music and videos from your Media Windows PC. Or you can open Windows Media Player RT click a playlist or file and hit Play to then the device works. You want to play to the XboxOne Device

    I've noticed that if you add video's to your playlist on the xbox, the music won't show up on other devices. If this is the problem, you might have to make seperate playlists for videos on the xbox, and songs on your other devices.
