Can't play multyplayer (Teredo IP address)

last saturday I had multyplayer issues, It told me "Can't get a Teredo IP address".

So I went to xbox.com/xboxone/support and did all the steps, but I still cant play online ( But I have an internet connection)

I have changed things in my router and I have reset my xbox one more then ones, but nothing seems to work.

What is the make and model number of your router?

If anyone with the same router reads your post they may be able to help

 

my model number is Cisco EPC3925

( I live in the Netherlands)

 

If it used to work then maybe you could try resetting the router to factory defaults?

Make sure that xbox is switched off while doing this though.

 

I have tried that more than one time, but it didn't work.

I alsow tried to turn UpNP (someting like that) on and off but that didn't work.

 

I don't know anything about Cisco routers but is there an option in there somewhere about turning on ipv6 teredo tunnels. I know some routers have this option and if it's switched off you get teredo errors.

 

If you get a teredo error where you did not change anything and where it was working before a factory reset of the one could be working. Some people had this issue and could fix it by that.

I will tell you guys if it worked or not.

 

If it can´t be fixed - ask your ISP if they block some Ports - the Teredo Port for example.
