Unavailable, and i tried to fix it sometimes be moderate but not open at all , note i am from egypt so maybe its help u to help me

You can check your connection speed using any online speed test, such as http://speedtest.net. Good minimum download and upload speed values ​​are:

Download speed: 7.5 Mbps

Upload speed (recommended): 1 Mbps

Upload speed (minimum): 0.5 Mbps

Note: If you are using a wireless connection, it might be a good idea to try using an Ethernet cable connection to see if the problems persist.

Check your NAT (Network Address Translation) type settings

Your connection type and NAT type will be displayed.

A more open type of NAT will have fewer conflicts with other players' systems and will encounter fewer connectivity issues with other players.

OPEN NAT Type: Able to play any type of NAT.

MODERATE NAT Type: Able to play both open and moderate NAT types.

STRICT NAT Type: Able to play only with open NAT types.

If the NAT type appears as Unknown, click "Test NAT Type".

Check your firewall and router for NAT type restrictions

If you have a firewall or some other networking hardware, such as a router, you might need to access them to change their NAT type. Sometimes this configuration change is caused by opening or redirecting other network ports.

Check your open network ports

Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Change the server domain name (DNS)

Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller

Move it to the right to the System tab.

Enter the following DNS servers (Google)

Additional troubleshooting steps

Check with your internet provider if they are having problems connecting with us or if there is a temporary outage.

Make sure your router's firmware is up to date (check with your internet provider).

Enable or disable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) in your router or system settings.

If you have a combination modem and router or ADSL, try setting the device temporarily to Bridge mode. This will make it bypass the equipment's internal router. If this solves the problem, you may be able to connect to another router between your previous device and the console to use PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet).

If you use an ADSL connection, check if dialing a PPPoE connection from your console improves the NAT type.

Hi there, did you try to power cycle your xbox by holding the xbox button for 10 second it will help refresh.

I have had this issue in the past it can have to do with the NAT in your home especially if your on a wireless net work make sure you have one router running at one time I know this sound simple but depending on your internet provider your modem may also
be a router and if your using a gaming router along side your modem router you will end up with a double NAT the simple solution is to make your second router a bridge router its in the router setting see if that helps
