Can't Play multiplayer

I have had my account for many years. I stopped using it because I solf my XBOX360. I bought and XBOX one and reactivated and changed our names around and now I have been accused of cheating. Please activate my account gamertag KCJET. I played 3 times
on the new XBOX one and it says because of my actions. All I did was play BF4 and AW with a stock XBOX one and controller. look at my K/D on both I don't think I was cheating.

Can't play multiplayer

hey everyone.. I hope someone can help... I can't join multiplayer on Minecraft pe... It says because of how my account is set up.. Please go to Xbox.com and change privacy and security settings.. I have checked and everything is normal as far as I
can see... It worked a few weeks ago but then stopped suddenly.. Can anyone help please.. Its driving me crazy...thanks

i can't play in multiplayer... when i enter a game (i try fifa 15 and forza horizon 2) i'm not connected ti Live but if i do a multiplayer test it say it's all ok... why? i have live gold not jet expired

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is not allowing you to play the game due to the multiplayer packs that need to be installed even you have already installed them. We saw this issue arise with
multiple customers a few days ago. We have been recommending basic troubleshooting such as

power cycling the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds and

uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest

Is your account a child of a parent account? If so, get in touch with the account holder to make sure multiplayer is not disabled for your account. It may be disabled by default.
