Can't Play Multiplayer

My Xbox works great whenever I'm using any apps on it, however, when I play any sort of multiplayer format I get signed out after a minute or two. My internet speed is excellent and I am not having any issues connecting with the internet or back into Xbox
Live when I am signed out. I have tried playing wirelessly and with an ethernet cable attached to my Xbox. This has been going on for about a month now. I chalked it up to the new Call of Duty game working out some bugs, but when I play other games it still
does the same thing. I have been searching through other forums and they said that I should delete my profile, empty the cache three times and re-download my profile. I have done that and tried other little tricks but it did nothing to solve the problem. Do
you guys have any other suggestions?

Can't play multiplayer

hey everyone.. I hope someone can help... I can't join multiplayer on Minecraft pe... It says because of how my account is set up.. Please go to Xbox.com and change privacy and security settings.. I have checked and everything is normal as far as I
can see... It worked a few weeks ago but then stopped suddenly.. Can anyone help please.. Its driving me crazy...thanks

And what type of connection is it

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is not allowing you to play the game due to the multiplayer packs that need to be installed even you have already installed them. We saw this issue arise with
multiple customers a few days ago. We have been recommending basic troubleshooting such as

power cycling the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds and

uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest
reaching out to the developer for more support. Be sure to let us know the results

Is your account a child of a parent account? If so, get in touch with the account holder to make sure multiplayer is not disabled for your account. It may be disabled by default.
