Can't play multiplayer

I am having a problem with multiplayer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, Used a different xbox. I have read so many other people complain about it and no solution has been found. It keeps telling me that I can't play with these players then it lists
their name. It happens in all games other then campaign. It happens with random people on matchmaking and in a private match. I am willing to try anything. I hod not problem with it in the past when the second deck pack came out. I redownloaded it yesterday
and it just refuses to let me play with anyone. I have everything downloaded (I have checked.) I live in New York so it shouldn't be regional.

hey everyone.. I hope someone can help... I can't join multiplayer on Minecraft pe... It says because of how my account is set up.. Please go to Xbox.com and change privacy and security settings.. I have checked and everything is normal as far as I
can see... It worked a few weeks ago but then stopped suddenly.. Can anyone help please.. Its driving me crazy...thanks

Try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.

The problem lies when you run the first Expansion on a USB; it might have something to do with the speed of the storage device. Still, try playing the game off of the harddrive and see if it works.

It worked. I was using new USB on my box slim and didnt work. The hardrive on it didnt work either. My Xbox arcade though did work when I put it on the hardrive. Thanks for the quick response.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is not allowing you to play the game due to the multiplayer packs that need to be installed even you have already installed them. We saw this issue arise with
multiple customers a few days ago. We have been recommending basic troubleshooting such as

power cycling the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds and

uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest
reaching out to the developer for more support. Be sure to let us know the results

Is your account a child of a parent account? If so, get in touch with the account holder to make sure multiplayer is not disabled for your account. It may be disabled by default.
