Can't play multiplayer Windows Minecraft.

Entering Minecraft with another local user worked, thanks!

1. I have the two-step verification in only one account, and both accounts are saved.

2. I tried logging in the Minecraft Win 10 version and the Minecraft Launcher, both of them gave me this error.

3. This happens with the Microsoft Store launcher, but it doesn't happens with the old launcher.

5. Yes, I can login in that link.

6. This never happened before the Windows 11 update, but I updated to Win 11 about 2 months ago, and this started happening a week ago.

As per your description you were unable to sign into your account in Minecraft and this happen on two accounts. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for more questions:

1. May we know if you had set up two-step verification for on both Microsoft accounts? Are the two email accounts added on saved account credential in your PC? Go to PC Settings > Accounts > Email & Account.
   
2. May we know in what Minecraft version are you playing?
   
3. Did you install the Minecraft Launcher from the Xbox app, Microsoft Store or Minecraft website?
   
4. Please post a screenshot showing the error message and code and conceal your personal information.
   
5. Will you be able to sign into the two Microsoft account without other authentication through this link?
   
6. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?

Thanks for the details you have provided. Given that you have two Microsoft account linked in PC and this issue is about the connecting to Xbox live. Then let us try these basic troubleshooting below. After, please try again to launch Minecraft and see if same issue persist.

1. Check and install any available update for the PC and Xbox apps (Xbox app/Xbox Console Companion, Xbox Accessories, Xbox Game Bar, Gaming Services).
   
   • Get updates for apps and games in Microsoft Store
     
   • Update Windows
     
   • Please check if Xbox Identity Provider is installed or updated too.
     
2. Restart device.
   
3. Turn off or disable any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.
   
4. Make sure you are sign in to Microsoft Store, Xbox app or and Minecraft with the same credentials.
   
5. Launch Minecraft and sign into the game manually.
   

Please let us know if above troubleshooting works, if not please provide details to the questions below:

Is this happening to all games you have installed? Or specific to this game only?

Is your main PC credentials is the same account for Minecraft?
