CANT PlAY Multiplayer minecraft on xbox one

It says that because of how my account is set up i cant play online and that i should go to aka.ms/accountsettings

Note:

I did go to the page and allowed everything of the options

Not a minor acccount

not a intertnet problem

Not a gold problem

Yes its on allow

i already have done 2 power cycles and nothing has changed

Just to be sure. Go to your console and do the following:

Go to System > Settings > Account.
Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live privacy.
Select View details & customize.
Check that you have Join Multiplayer Games set to Allow.

You could also try doing power cycle.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide,
and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account. Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details and customize > Communication
& multiplayer. And Enable Mutiplayer.

Even though you changed your birthdate on your Microsoft account, your Xbox profile still uses your original birthdate, unfortunately.

You will need to ask your parents to create a Family group and add you on it. After that, they should be able to change your privacy settings on:
