    can’t play multiplayer games


    My Xbox one won’t let me play any games that include you going online. For example, I will try to load up fortnite, it’ll open up the loading screen, turn black and then go back to the home page -also doesn’t come up with an error screen. The same thing
    happens with rocket league.

    Another thing that I have noticed, I have gone to connect it to my new network, and it is sitting on a black screen with a little white circle going around and around - it’s been doing this for about 10 minutes now.

    I have redeemed a 3 month gold membership but It ain’t working

    I can’t access anything, I redeemed my three month gold membership and I have waiting 7-8 hours now and I still have 0 access to anything.. no partying up, no online multiplayer, can’t play fortnight or rainbow six siege.. Aggrevating... I paid $30 and
    if I can’t play tonight I can’t play for another month

    Apple TV multiplayer

    I have been told that you can play split screen multiplayer on the Apple TV but either can’t select it in the settings menu or can’t connect both controllers, does anyone know a work around please?

    We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community and we're sorry you're having this issue. I suggest you do the following, make sure your privacy settings allow you to multiplayer, as shown in the image below.

    Visit the website: https://account.xbox.com/en-us/settings

    Go to tab: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety

    Check that the settings are the same as shown in the image below

    - If the settings are as shown in the picture, please remove the account and add the account back to your Xbox One following the instructions below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    After removing the account follow the procedure below.

    Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

    Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

    Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

    Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

    Now add your account again.
