    I can't play multiplayer games

    I just got my xbox one and while setting it up i used my alternate Microsoft account to be the adult account because it was UNAVOIDABLE AND I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO DO IT, but now on my main microsoft account i can't play multiplayer games. I went into settings
    changed my restrictions and online safety settings so i could play multiplayer games. But i still can't play. And also this was happening with my windows pc as well. Microsoft please fix family features to actually work properly.

    Hopefully someone can help me!

    Every time I try and play a multiplayer game it tells me I don't have access to this feature and buy gold, my current subscription runs out 09/08/2018 so I do have it.

    I've checked and all my privacy settings are open and allowing everything. I've tried removing my account off my xbox and still happens.

    Does anyone have a solution to this?

    Hey there!

    Sorry to see you were having some multiplayer troubles. If you're still experiencing issues, lets have you power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having issues after, please let us know Can't play multiplayer games. :)

    Seriously. They market it as a multiplayer game 1-4/xbox one but you can't play together. They need to add multiplayer and this will be a great game.
