hello, my problem is that i can't find the page or site to change those settings, i can't find any "windows 10 online safety tab". Could you send me a link to a page where i can find those options, or offer more specifc directions?

No, I can't invite anybody to any of my multiplayer games whatsoever. Even if I'm playing COD or Halo Reach.

You do realise that gamerzones on the 360 never actually worked?

Your zone had no impact on who you were matched with in online multiplayer.

As for the age rating on a game,it has nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live/online multiplayer which it does tell you on every game.

An age rating only applies to single player content & even then only means someone under that age can't buy the game,it doesn't mean they can't play that game.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.
