cant play multiplayer due to “account settings”

I am trying to play minecraft on my xbox one on multiplayer and on servers. it is not letting me access multiplayer due to “account settings”. i have already allowed multiplayer numerous times in my microsoft privacy settings and went as far as to go through all the steps with a microsoft customer service agent and added another account to my microsoft family as organizer and redid the process, allowing for multiplayer. it still won’t let me play multiplayer or servers, even though when i’m logged in on my phone i can play multiplayer and servers under the same micrsosoft account as my xbox.

Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription on your Xbox, Hannah? Because it is required to play an online multiplayer game such as "Minecraft".

To check, please follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Alrighty, kindly save your account information first before resetting your Xbox so you can easily download it again after the reset. To do this, let's scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide and select Settings, then Select All Settings. On the Settings page, let's select System, then Select Console info and lastly, select Reset console. On the Reset your console screen, we'll see three options and we'll select the Reset and keep my games & apps.

After doing this it still isnt working

Only in Minecraft? You can try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps. Just a heads-up, doing this will erase the profiles on the console including Home Xbox designation but will not remove any installed games & apps on your console. You can download your profile back after the reset.
