    Cant play multiplayer but my gamepass ultimate subscription is active


    I can’t play any of my games online and my subscription is active. I also reset my console and still not working, every time I try to play online it tells me to pick a plan but nothing shows up and then says go back.

    Why whenever i try to join a game at the neighbourhood in 2k it ends up showing me options to buy a gamepass but i bought 2k directly from the microscoft store I even can show a video for proof

    If "The Neighbourhood" is a online multiplayer mode, you need to have an active Gamepass Core or Gamepass Ultimate subscription to play online. It does not matter where you bought the game from, all paid games on Xbox require a Gamepass subscription to play online. Free to play games do not require a subscription to play online.

    Restart the console and check if that will fix the issue.

    The recurring billing has been off but I restarted my console and it does the same thing it says pick a plan then says nothing available every time I try to play online
