    Can't play multiplayer, but I have live?


    the problem is that I have xbox live. I have open NAT, great connection. Access to all online apps. I can see my friends online and even join parties. HOWEVER I can't play elderscrolls online, destiny, or need for speed because it says I don't have xbox
    live or that I have a bad internet connection.

    I've tried clearing my MAC address, connecting with an Ethernet cable, hard resetting my xbox.

    nothing has worked so far and I'm losing my mind.

    Have Xbox live gold but can't play multiplayer.

    I had an Xbox one with gold roughly 2 years ago and everything worked fine, I gave my Xbox to my nephew as I didn't use it much. 4 days ago I decided to pick one up again, I purchased gold and used the same account I used previously and I can use all the
    gold features but it won't let me on multiplayer on any game I try. I've tested my connection and everything is working fine. Has anyone else encountered this? If so any solution?

    Hi!

    I bought a 3-month xbox live gold membership (as a physical card) from a big box store (like I always do). I entered the code and it said I have 3 months subscription added to my account, however when I tried to play multiplayer
    on Halo 5 (later I tried MCC), it said that I did not have multiplayer privileges. I checked my subscriptions and it says that I have Xbox live gold until 24 April 2018. I don't know what to do, as I have signed out and signed back in as well as restarted
    my xbox one. Any help would be appreciated.

    I just tried turning my xbox to energy saving mode and doing a reset by holding the power button for ten seconds and when it started up it showed all of my tabs full of the usual advertisements. Maybe a temporary fix? not sure yet.

    I have multiplayer ALLOWED but I can't still play multiplayer on minecraft why?
    maybe you don't have xbox live or its just a bug
