Can't play multiplayer but connected to online

    Hi I've got a Gold account but still can't play Halo Reach multiplayer online. Why not? I'm connected to X-Box Live but Matchmaking won't work, it says I should purchase a Gold Account...

    What am I doing wrong?

    Xbox one online but can't play multiplayer

    I am also having this same issue. NAT is open multiplayer test comes back as connected to the internet, Netflix, Hulu, the friends feed are all working fine, but same as the others I can't play online games.

    Hi Chronic, try doing a hard reset of your console. Hold the power button on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug the console back in and power back on. Hopefully this will resolve
    the issue your having.

    Have you tried going to support.xbox.com? They post if there are any issues with Xbox Live. It could be a Live issue

    Can't play Multiplayer Online

    Had this issue before Support suggested doing a hard reset a few times before the xbox registered and recognized I had a valid live membership.

    To do a hard reset press and hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then power back on again. Doing this a few times should help fix this issue. Cheers!
