Cant play multiplayer at all

Well everything works but playing multiplayer games doesnt. I restarted the router, unplugged everything for 30 seconds and still cant play games. Nate is open. Did the internet and multiplayer test and both show they both work. I even deleted the wireless
connection and redid it. Same problem. Getting to my fed up point. My net service is comcast.

does anyobody play the multiplayer i cant find any game at all ??????? is it totally dead?

 

Can you post your upload and download speed and packet loss as seen by the Xbox One?

Settings>Network, Run the detailed network test

 

Yes I am having the same problem except I can get into a game but then it will just disconnect mid-game. An Xbox live support ambassador told me to delete my account on the xbox and then add it again.

 

upload - 5.57 mbps

download - 0

packet loss - 2%

Will I lose my savegames if I delete and add my account again?

 

This might help it worked for my friend trying to join BF4 games.

 

Open game, go to multi-player try to connect. If it doesnt, then try this (It works for me)

While still in multi-player hit the guide button... Go to setting, network, test connection. If all is good then go to Test Multi-player connection. After its test is done stay on that screen and hold down the left and right triggers and bumpers. Once the
NAT status is brought up hit A. Then hit the guide button and go back to your games multiplayer. It should work. This is what I've been doing. Its a pain, but its been working for me. My NAT stays open and Im running on a Gateway with UPnP enabled and firewall
disabled and a dynamic IP. No issues.

I just logged a service request to get my XB1 fixed. The wireless receiver was screwed. Connection to 5ghz just doesn't happen and 2.4ghz is very odd, on and off up and down! Router is best out there and only 4 meters from the unit. They say its quite a
common issue with the Day One Edition Consoles.

 

I cant get to multiplayer mode in bf4 I get the server isn't working issue but saw my friend was playing multiplayer of it. Forza 5 I cant create a private game or join any multiplayer. Same thing for dead rising 3

"download - 0" is that your download speed? Or is it a typo?

Regardless, you need to use a WIRED connection with Comcast per their press release, MS and Comcast are trying to fix issues with the IPV6 connectivity.

I had a friend of mine work on my settings. She had to open a port and do something else. So far its working like a charm. Cant figure out what close that port. But I am happy it works now

 

If you have an arris gateway and are connecting wirelessly it is a known issue. The easiest fix is to use a wired connection. If a wired connection is not available disabling IPv6 in the gateway is another solution.
