Cant play multiplayer anymore

i suggest checking to see if your age is correct on the microsoft site here: Account.microsoft.com

if not done already,

if you are unable to access it you may need the other account that was used to set up your account, you will need to sign into that account and remove your account as the child

When I go to the link it says "error-child-trying-to-access-settings". I am older than 13, so I don't know why I can't get to my settings.

i will need you to clarify your situation a bit more,

is your account set to child or adult

if it is child you must be 13+ in order to play multiplayer

if thats the case you will need to ask a parent who has there xbox account associated with the childs account

My age is correct on Microsoft and I'm able to change my settings there, its just the Xbox site that isn't working.

If you're on an Xbox console it is required to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play an online multiplayer games.
