    Can’t play movies I’ve bought


    So lately i have been unable to watch movies or tv shows i have paid for. It will start playing them but after a couple minutes i get an error message saying unable to play video you must be connected to the internet to continue. When i hit the xbox guide
    button it shows that im online. Its really irritating considering ive paid money. I feel robbed by this service and its not fixed i will have my bank reverse all my purchases for the last few months

    Unfortunately this did not help, nothing has thus far. Keep your suggestions coming, guys! I’m definitely disappointed in microsoft right now. I’ve spent hundreds on movies that I can’t even watch :/
