cant play movie i purchased...

I haven't. Been able to play this movie for 4 days. Says the same thing iv tried hard reset i have deleted and restored purchase still the same thing...so frustrated especially when i paid 24.99 for movie i cant watch

I purchased the movie 'Frozen' but it will only play a preview. Where is the movie I purchased?

There is definitely something going on with movies and tv app. Lately all it does it tell me i need to be online when i am or it cant play and wont load. Started for me after purchasing avengers endgame. Even left negative feedback cuz the app would ask
me how it played after not loading lol. Whats weird now i try to play any avengers movie i get an issue but other movies tend to work.

Right I did that and it shows I purchased the preorder

When I go to watch it since its available now but it says "movie will be available march 1st" but there isnt a button to click watch when I go to the store and click the movie it says I did not purchase it, which like i stated above my bank statement says i purchased the preorder and on my microsoft account it says i purchased the preorder. I just want to know why i cant watch the movie and it says I didnt purchase the movie.

Same problem as the above.

"all my purchases dissapeared i mean all and i have alot of things even though i cant refresh it it doesnt say i cant even purchase anything it says add payment option when i do that instead of turning to confirm purchase it stays on add payment option"

same with xbox music. when i start a list it jumps from song to song without playing. on my computer the purchase history for videos is there and i can buy movies, but on xbox360 i cannot watch the purchased video. already purchased movies it wants me to
buy them again.

any solution to this problem? already deleted system cache, checked for corrupted files and reinstalled the update. nothing worked so far.
