Can't play most of my downloaded games or Netflix

    Can't play most of my downloaded games or Netflix


    This all started yesterday when my xbox 360 fell about 2 feet to the ground. When i turned it on, i got a black screen saying Error: E 67

    I then just removed my HDD, unplugged everything and then put it all back in it's place. Now i can't even play any of my games that i downloaded from the online store, not even Netflix will start, it just says "disk is unreadable, please restart console".

    I've tried deleting and re downloading some games and Netflix but nothing changes. I've also tried clearing the system cache on my HDD.



    What do I do now?

    I can't play of my downloaded games and and I can only watch netflix 2/10 rating because I cannot get in parties or see who's online either.

    E67 indicates a hard drive error. You may have damaged your hard drive when you dropped the system.

    You can try formatting the hard drive and re-downloading everything. If that doesn't work, then yes, you'll likely need to buy a new hard drive. Can't play most of my downloaded games or Netflix :(

    Same thing is going on here in Memphis. Can't sign. Can't play downloaded games. Nada. However, my AppleTV will allow me to use Netflix...b/c it works. Lol

    You can try formatting the hard drive and re-downloading everything. If that doesn't work, then yes, you'll likely need to buy a new hard drive. :(
