Can't play most games on game pass.

If I try playing any game with any form of online [so far I've tried Dead Cells, TABS, and Human Fall Flat], it show this error [dead cells screenshot].

Can
someone help? I've spent a few hours trying to figure this out and can't get anything to work.

With regards to this issue, based on my experience this error usually occurs if your NAT Type status is restricted, or there is a teredo error on the connection.

If you can’t connect to an Xbox multiplayer game on Windows 10, go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. If you’re having a similar problem on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab.

Look for NAT Type. If the status says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. More steps can also be found at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne... where it includes how to resolve this connection issue.

In addition to that if the steps didn't work, you may need to configure the following ports on the settings of your router/wifi but if you are unsure how to configure port forwarding, best is to contact your ISP to have them manage it. Below are the recommended ports for Xbox Live connection:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port UDP 4500 (UDP)

If you’re connected to a home network, you may need to open ports on your network hardware yourself through port forwarding.

Put it back on! That was how I was able to play GTA was on game pass. I don't have a console and can't afford one. I love playing it on game pass it was easy to use. Why did you take it off it was the most popular game put it back on!

Division 2, Crash Team Racing, 7 Days to Die if you like survival games and most of the other games I play are on the games pass so I can't really recommend any others.

Game Pass Core (or Game Pass Ultimate which includes Core) is required to play online in most games.
