    Bought
    new, physical copy of the game, spent hours installing all 5 parts and now when I try to play the campaign mode offline (don’t have Xbox Live) I get this infuriating message about a missing DLC and the store being currently unavailable. What kind of bs is
    this?!

    How do I get this to work?

    UPDATE: Got the $1 Ultimate Game Pass for one month and was able to get to the DLC screen to download.

    Figured it out. Had to purchase the $1 for 1 month Ultimate Game Pass and then I was able to get the DLC.

    If i am not mistaking, when i downloaded mine i went to my games and apps, modern warfare, and went to add ons for this game then ready to install.

    3. Do either of the following:
