We understand that you are having trouble playing Minecraft on your PC after the Xbox One edition and Bedrock version merged. I'll be happy to assist you with this issue.



Before we proceed, I will be asking you few questions that will help us understand further:

1. Can you please confirm if you are currently signed-in to the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the Xbox One edition of Minecraft?
   
2. Can you confirm if you have any pending updates for the game or your Windows operating system?
   
3. When did your Gamepass subscription end? Did the issue start occurring after that?
   
4. When did you migrate from Xbox to PC? Did you notice the issue immediately after the migration or did it start happening later?
   
5. Are you receiving any specific error messages when you try to play the game?
   
6. When you say you can only play the demo version, does this mean you can't access certain features or levels in the game?
   
7. Which platform (Windows, MacOS, Linus) are you trying to play the game?
   

In the meantime, I would suggest checking if you are signed-in to the Microsoft account that you used to purchase the game. If you are not signed in, please sign-in to your Microsoft account and check if the game is available to download and play.



If you are already signed in and still unable to play the game, I would recommend trying the following steps:

• Uninstall the game from your PC and then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
  
  
  
• Make sure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements to run the game. You can check the system requirements on the game's Microsoft Store page.
  
  
  
• Check if there are any updates available for the game. To do this, open the Microsoft Store app, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Downloads and updates". If there are any updates available, click on "Get updates" to download and install them.
  
  
  
• If you previously owned the Xbox One edition of Minecraft and got the Bedrock version for free, make sure that you are signed-in to the same Microsoft account that you used to claim the free Bedrock version.
  
  
  
• If you previously had Game Pass and lost the subscription, you may need to purchase the game or renew your Game Pass subscription to continue playing.
