    Can't play Minecraft offline even though Xbox is set as Home Xbox


    I just recently moved and won't have Internet for a couple weeks. I tried to start Minecraft offline and it told me it has to be online unless I have set my Xbox as my Home Xbox. I connected my Xbox to a mobile hotspot to bring it online while I set it
    as my Home Xbox, went back offline, and the game still gives me the same error. Can anyone help?

    Okay, I found a solution on Xbox's Support page ( I'll leave the link below for more solutions ). Even though your Xbox is not connected to an internet connection, you have to set your Xbox "offline." To do this, you have to go into Settings>Network>Network
    Settings>Go Offline. If you have any further questions, visit this support page for more solutions for your problem.

    Try again in a while

    Ive tried playing Forza Horizon 4, Warframe, Human Fall Flat, Minecraft and Fortnite and all have had same issue. I even decided to go offline and try to play games that way but it says i need to set my xbox to profiles home xbox. Which it is.

    XBOX LIED ABOUT BEING ABLE TO STILL PLAY GAMES WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION!!!

    If your xbox is set to your home Xbox you can play offline. Even back on the 360 you couldn't skip updates.
