    Can't play live


    I turned on my Xbox I went straight to play live call of duty advance warfare I went to play Xbox live and everytime I click on Xbox live it says this account cannot play live I tried resetting it and it still doesn't work I tried turning off and on the
    internet and it doesn't want to work any ideas?

    Well as you may know there will come a time when you get bored of your account and wan't to create a new one, well I did just that and It comes up the usual Xbox Live dashboard but when I wan't to play games it says this Xbox Live account can't play Online.



    Any Help?

    I'm having the same issues. I can't access any online servers for any games I've tried battlefield 4, madden 17, gears of war 4, and call of duty. My Xbox connection is good and my Xbox says I have a good multiplayer connection when I test it yet can't play
    any game online

    You need a gold membership in order to play online.
