Can't play hard disc games.

All hard disc games get the same error message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" Not sure how to sync data since its not a game stored in cloud. Network is online and everything checks out. Also cannot see my messages, send messages or start a party
chat. For those i get an error code [0x8000FFFF]. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Playing without CD

Short answer would be No, you can't play without the Disc. However, you can install the game to your Hard Drive but you need the disc in the tray while you play. You can't play it without said disc.

To do this you need to press 'Y' on the game selection to bring up the options, then select install game. It will install, taking 5 minutes or so depending on size.

But again, you need the disc in to play the game.

Install games to hard drive and playing without disc?

Just installed my fifa 11 to the hard drive and I still can't play the disc, my disc is broke and says (disc is unreadable) when I try to play. Any help?

Try doing a hard reset on your console.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
for results.

Sorry to hear it. The ring usually happens if the console has been moved while the disc is inside of it. Try installing the game to your hard drive. You'll still need the disc to play the game but it will run off of the hard drive.

If you can't install from the disc that you have then try borrowing a copy to install. The cars will be accessible through the game.

Unless they've been bought from Games on Demand, they should be playing from the disc since you can't install original games on the hard drive.

disc does not matter you still need a hard drive if you do not have one or it is fake you can't play the older games.

Ok try installing the disc to the hard drive if it can't be read. Now try play the game does the disc work if not its most likely a console disc tray fault which may need repairing. If installing the disc fails then the disc is faulty and needs repairing
or relacing or even cleaning. Hope I helped.
