    Can't play halo single player offline


    Ne and a friend are trying to play halo mcc offline since we currently don't have an internet connection and we have already gotten all the latest updates that have come out but the game keeps trying to update and wont play. Looking for any suggestions!

    You can't even play the single player game modes offline?

    I have recently moved house and don't have internet yet so I bought WatchDogs for single player until I have Xbox live again. Unfortunately when I put the disk in it says your Xbox needs an update before installing is there anyway around this?????????

    I feel like I've been ripped off if I can't even play the single player offline!!

    the reason it wants you to sign in is because it needs to check the digital license for the war horse.

    to be able to play offline you will need to make your Xbox your Home Xbox.

    the following link will guide you through this.

    once you have done that you can go to your network settings and go offline and play without being connected to the internet
