    Can't play halo reach offline


    I have had this problem for about 2 days. So I made my friend an offline account to go for achievements and we wanted to play halo reach, but every time it said can't launch game. Is this because I redownloaded it.

    Poor Halo 3

    I still play Halo 3 more than Reach. Halo 2 was my favorite game in the series, and since they took it offline, H3 is the closest to it in terms of gameplay.

    disk 2 install not working?!

    yeah but i still want to play forge and split-screen with my friends like how you could do on halo reach offline

    Can't play halo reach offline

    Is this a digital version of Halo Reach (a.k.a. non-disc) you downloaded on your friend's console? If so, your friend is
    probably being blocked from playing it since that digital copy of Halo Reach is registered to your account.

    Ultimately, if you two want to play Halo Reach together with just that one digital license, you'll need to play on the same console. I believe, while both of you are on the same console, you both can sign into your own profiles and get Halo Reach achievements
    properly (last I might remember, I could be wrong).

    If you want to play on your own consoles and own accounts, your friend will need his/her own copy of Halo Reach (disc or digital).

    Poor Halo 3

    I still play Halo 3 more than Reach. Halo 2 was my favorite game in the series, and since they took it offline, H3 is the closest to it in terms of gameplay.

    Halo: Reach allows offline profiles that have never been online to earn credits faster than online profiles can, because you can't do online multiplayer (where you earn credits the fastest). To make this fair, you have to give up some of those offline
    credits when going online for the first time. (After that, offline play earns credits at the slower rate, so the forfeit isn't needed again.)

    I played fireflight in splitscreen, didn't play campaign it was my profile and a offline account, offline account got 10 gamerscore, had a glitch in gameplay. Does this help?

    Yeah, You can get:

    Halo CE (Original Xbox Backward Compatible)

    Halo 2 (Original Xbox Backward Compatible)

    Halo 3

    Halo 4

    Halo Reach

    Halo 3 ODST

    Halo Wars

    Halo Spartan Assault

    Halo CE Anniversary

    Any of these can be played solo, and offline if you wish.
