Can't play games

Where do I start! Nothing but trouble over the last 48 hours withmy xbox one x! I was playing fh4 when suddenly my system crashed and then when turning it back on kept getting the start up error e103 ans e203 so i factory reset my console. All good right?
WRONG! It has taken me 24 hours of semi consistent download attempts to downloan fh4 again after the installation stopping every few minutes and then having to power cycle my console to get the installation to work again (i haven't even tried all my other
digital games yet). Now your thinking its gotta be fine now?? Wrong again! Now the game launches (hooray!) But i get past one race, get told there is something wrong with my local saved data and then my console crashes! What in the world is going on! I just
want to play forza horizon 4!

I have had this issue in the past and deleting the game and redownloading it seemed to work. Have you tried that already?

I have bought the game a while back and recently I can't play it, and it's telling me I have to buy it again, I don't know how to fix it?

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

 

And try reinstall the game too.

You are my guardian angel, so far so good! It seems to have done the trick this morning!

Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. as posted above this would be your best way of fixing issue.

 

Okay scratch i said about it being fixed, it derped hard and did the same thing, i tried power cycling it again like mentioned and then i have to completely re-install fh4 again? What the heck!

 

How do you erase the cache goodsir!?

 

Okay so quick update, now getting the startup error e105 again, i feel like my xbox is toast, it still should be under warranty here in Australia since i bought it in april right?

Offline update. Due to all the System errors you are getting. Are you currently enrolled in the preview program?

If these don't work I suggest a repair after being that something may be wrong with the HD itself. You can

If you have an Xbox One X and are experiencing this issue I would suggest you go to your nearest Microsoft store and get it replaced. Every Xbox One X has a 1 year warranty and it still has not been a year since the console came out so every one of those
is in warrantY. I know theyre suggesting you try that offline system update, and truthfully that is what you should try, but if it happened once I can guarantee it will happen again. Your best bet is to get it replace/repaired via Microsoft support, or like
I mentioned if you have a Microsoft store you can walk in there and get it replaced. Your xbox will have an option to get it repaired through support or replaced, but of course that process will take longer than just walking into a MS store. Heed my words.
Better to replace it through your warranty option than try that offline update.
