Can’t play games that are on xbox

Just bought an Xbox one from a guy that had over 30 games already installed on it. I made an acccount and stuff and went to go to my games and there was nothing there. He came over signed into it and the games showed up on his. Went back to my account and
they was all there. Turned the Xbox off and later that day I turned it on and went to go play a game and none of the games are there. Is there a way I can get those games from his account to mine or however it works if there is a way. Thanks

I get banned for calling a friend “pussy” yet I pay ten dollars a month for this service and now I can’t play games that I bought on my Xbox ridiculous grown folks can’t do nothing.

Digital games are tied to the account who purchased them.

Games purchased digitally are linked to the account of those who done the purchase. If the games have been installed from a physical disc, then you will need to purchase the disc. You can not transfer licenses between accounts, but you can share content
(which I do not think he does).

As others have stated, there is no way to transfer those licenses besides sharing access to them via

Home Console designation. That will allow you to play another user's digital content but you would not own that content in any way and once that Home Console designation is changed, you would lose access to those games again.

If you purchased an Xbox One console where the seller is claiming that games are on the console but you are no longer able to access them, this would mean that he changed his Home Console designation.
